Where Does Our Produce Come From?

Supporting Local Farms. Supplying Local Communities.

At Sobrino Farms & Produce, we connect local farms with the people and businesses that need them.

We partner with farms across North Texas and neighboring states, purchasing their harvests and making them available in bulk for families, restaurants, farm stores, schools, food pantries, and other businesses. Rather than each farm trying to market and distribute its own products, we handle the logistics, ordering, and distribution, making it easier for customers to access fresh produce while helping local growers reach a larger market.

Instead of coordinating with multiple farms that each have different harvest schedules, pickup times, locations, and ordering processes, customers can place a single order through Sobrino Farms. We bring products from many growers together into one centralized marketplace with consistent ordering deadlines, clearly labeled products, and convenient pickup locations across multiple cities. It makes buying fresh, locally sourced produce simpler, more reliable, and far less time-consuming.

Whenever possible, we prioritize locally grown produce. Buying through Sobrino Farms helps keep more food dollars circulating within our local agricultural community while supporting independent family farms.

Because many of our customers rely on us as a year-round produce supplier, we also source regionally when certain crops aren't in season or simply aren't grown in Texas. For example, if local lettuce isn't available, we'll bring in high-quality regional lettuce so restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and other food businesses can continue operating without interruption.

Our goal is simple: offer the freshest produce available while supporting local agriculture first, then filling seasonal gaps with trusted regional growers. This allows us to provide a dependable, year-round source for bulk produce.
