OUR TEXAS SEASONAL ROTATION

March – November Produce Subscription Cycle

This page outlines the official four-week rotation used for our Produce Subscriptions.

Every membership box follows this repeating structure from March through November, adjusting naturally with Texas growing seasons.

We prioritize North Texas crops when in season and source from other Texas regions early and late in the year as harvest windows shift.

While our produce boxes follow a planned 4-week seasonal rotation, farming doesn’t always follow a schedule. Weather, harvest timing, and availability can shift throughout the season.

When needed, we may substitute items with another seasonal crop of equal or greater value to keep your box fresh, balanced, and reflective of what’s best that week.

🌿 Seasonal Integrity

Our boxes are built around what is actively growing in Texas, locally and regionally, during each window. Early spring emphasizes greens, roots, greenhouse tomatoes etc. Summer brings peak tomatoes, peppers, corn, and melons, peaches. Fall transitions back into sweet potatoes, squash, brassicas, apples and orchard crops.

Our produce boxes follow a planned 4-week seasonal rotation, but farming doesn’t always follow a schedule. Weather, harvest timing, and availability can shift throughout the season.

When needed, we may substitute items with another seasonal crop of equal or greater value to keep your box fresh, balanced, and reflective of what’s best that week.
