we partner with independent family farms across North Texas, including growers in Princeton, Merit, Celeste, Canton, Ben Wheeler, Krum, Pittsburg, and surrounding farming communities, bringing their harvests together through one simple ordering system.

Instead of coordinating with multiple farms that each have different harvest schedules, pickup locations, and ordering methods, customers place a single order through one consolidated platform!

We handle the sourcing, logistics, and distribution, providing clearly labeled products, consistent ordering deadlines, and convenient pickup locations and deliveries across multiple cities!

Our produce is clearly organized by source, including Locally Grown, Tennessee Amish, and Regional produce. Every item is labeled so customers know where it comes from while enjoying the convenience of ordering everything through one system.

When certain crops aren't grown locally or are out of season, our Tennessee Amish and regional partnerships ensure restaurants, families, farm stores, markets, and food businesses have dependable access to fresh produce throughout the year!

Our listed prices are designed to reflect the real delivered cost, not just the warehouse price of the product. In most cases, sourcing, handling, order consolidation, transportation, and delivery are already built into the price.

That can make our price look higher at first glance compared with a distributor advertising a case price before delivery fees, fuel charges, freight, minimum orders, or other costs are added.

We also allow businesses to order by the case instead of requiring full pallets or large distributor minimums. Our goal is to make wholesale purchasing simpler: one clear price, smaller practical quantities, and dependable local delivery without surprise charges at checkout.

We may not be the cheapest source for every single item, but we aim to provide a competitive all-in price with the convenience and flexibility of local service!

• Sunday Noon → Monday Orders

• Orders after cutoff roll to next available pick up date

All produce orders must be picked up on the scheduled pickup day.

Once an order has been delivered to the customer’s selected pickup location and the pickup notification has been sent, Sobrino Farms & Produce is not responsible for deterioration, spoilage, temperature exposure, or loss resulting from the order not being collected that day.

Some pickup locations do not have refrigeration. Because fresh produce is highly perishable, orders left overnight or beyond the scheduled pickup day cannot be guaranteed, refunded, or replaced due to late pickup.

Unclaimed perishable orders may be removed or discarded when necessary for food quality, sanitation, or the convenience of the pickup location.
